Over more than ten years of operation, Humanitas Bilingual School Torrejón de Ardoz has established itself, as one of the leading state-funded schools in the Community of Madrid, for its use of new technologies in education.

The school offers secular, coeducational education from Early Childhood to Sixth Form.

Key figures

The school is housed in four parallel four-storey blocks connected by an internal corridor. It has a sports hall, indoor swimming pool and sports courts, changing rooms and storage areas. It has parking spaces and bus bays.

Total constructed area: 10,840 m².

Early childhood module of 1,589 m² built on a single floor.

809 m² double height dining module with a capacity for more than 400 diners.

Three modules for Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form with 5,773 m² built across three floors.

Indoor sports hall of 752 m² built area.

Indoor heated teaching pool type E4 (according to NIDE 3 standards), with a total built area of 517 m² including toilets, changing rooms and storage spaces for equipment and installations.

Expansion module for Primary and Secondary classrooms: 1,400 m².

More than 1,000 m² of playgrounds and children’s recreation areas.

92 outdoor parking spaces.
