Cointer Concesiones is the Grupo Azvi company which specialises in infrastructure development and public services management.

Since its creation, Cointer has steadily established itself as one of the companies with the greatest future projection, present in the most important sectors including highways, logistics, parking, airports, educational centres, urban transport, urban and environmental services and service areas.

Airports

The operation of airport concessions is one of Cointer’s core activities in Chile. The company currently manages three major airports: Presidente Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Airport (Punta Arenas), and Balmaceda Aerodrome, both part of the Southern Airport Network, as well as La Florida Airport in La Serena.

Logistics

Logistics is one of Cointer’s main areas of activity, with over 20 years of experience in the sector and offering a wide range of services.

Highways

Cointer has a strong track record in the management of construction, conservation, operation and service provision projects across all types of road infrastructure.

Educational centres

Cointer, together with Humanitas Centros de Educación, manages several educational centres in the Community of Madrid, which are ranked among the best in Spain: Humanitas Bilingual School Tres Cantos, Humanitas Bilingual School Torrejón de Ardoz, Legamar International School, and Humanitas Bilingual School El Cañaveral.

Humanitas schools offer an open, humanistic and non-denominational education, commited to training future European citizens.

Technological services

Cointer has extensive experience in the implementation and management of technological services that improve the performance of a wide range of infrastructures.

Car parks

Cointer Concesiones has extensive experience in the management of public car parks and regulated on-street parking.

Our primary aim is to improve urban mobility by providing practical solutions and helping to buildmore sustainable cities, where citizens can move easily and comfortably, in the shortest possible time and with minimal environment impact.

To achieve this, we tailor solutions to each client, making the most of existing parking provision and rationalising the use of urban road space.

Urban mobility

Cointer was part of the concession company Metro de Málaga, awarded the concession contract for the design, construction, rolling stock supply and operation of Lines 1 and 2.

Urban and environmental services

Through Azsuma, Cointer contributes to the creation of more livable and sustainable urban environments, promoting citizen well-being.

Energy

Through its subsidiary Cointer Energía. Cointer manages the operation of various service areas in Spain, as well as the supply of fuel and other petroleum-derived products.
