We celebrate World Energy Efficiency Day
The promotion of energy efficiency is one of the principles on which the Azvi Group’s Environmental Policy is based. It is one of the lines of action that we are developing within the framework of our commitment to the fight against climate change.
Azvi calculated its carbon footprint for the first time in 2014 and in 2019 it completed the extension of the calculation to all business lines, with all the carbon footprints of the companies being registered in the Registry of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
The actions included in the second Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Plan (2018-2020) are being carried out, among which the measures to promote energy efficiency are noteworthy, such as:
- LED luminaires in all fixed offices,
- photovoltaic installations,
- use of electric, hybrid and LPG vehicles,
- preparation of Energy Saving Plans on site.
